Excursion cancellation policy

• Up to 48 hours before the excursion – 100% refund.
• 48 to 24 hours before the excursion – 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the excursion – No refund.
• If the excursion is rescheduled due to weather or technical reasons, no refund will be issued. However, you can choose a new date or exchange it for another tour. A refund is only possible if you leave the destination before the new excursion date.
• Private and combi-private excursions are non-refundable, but you can reschedule at least 48 hours before the start time.
• Health-related cancellations: A full refund is available only with a doctor’s note. The refund applies only to the person listed on the certificate. If a child (under 18) is sick, the refund covers the child and one accompanying adult. Less than 2 hours before hotel pick-up no refund.
• Exceptions: If the excursion includes transport costs (e.g., ferry, plane), the refund will exclude the cost of pre-booked tickets.
